Buffalo Coast Media respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to The Finance Tech to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated contact at hello@buffalocoastmedia.com, or by mail to Buffalo Coast Media, 407 Lincoln Rd, Suite 6H PMB 1852, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States, that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the page URL.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the person who posted it.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to hello@buffalocoastmedia.com with the information required under the DMCA, including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, limit or remove access for visitors or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright.
